The apartment is extremely light and bright - unusual for Venice accommodation. It is a top floor flat with no other buildings close by to obscure the sun.

The rental flat is situated on the fourth and fifth floors of a beautiful Venetian palace. The flat benefits from 2 bathrooms, accommodates 3+1 guests and the layout is as follows:

  • Double Bedroom
  • Second Bedroom
  • Main bathroom
  Fifth Floor:
  • Corner Studio
  • Living room with single sofa bed

The rental apartment is equipped with

Apartment Rental Rates:

High season
27/01 to 07/11
£120 per night
minimum 3 nights required


Low season
08/11 to 26/01
£110 per night
minimum 3 nights required

Apartment Rental Conditions:

  1. No Saturday to Saturday requirements for weekly rentals
  2. Long term rentals are welcome
  3. We request 25% of the booking total to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival
  4. Prices include a personal Check-In and Check-Out service. Guests are met at the waterbus stop by a Hostess who will walk with them to the apartment (about 3 minutes). The Hostess provides a guided tour of the apartment and demonstrates how everything works (heating, washing machine etc). At the end of the stay, guests return the key to the Hostess who checks them out.
 
N.B. Please note that the holiday flat is unfortunately not accessible for wheelchairs and is unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.
